Our successful Story Therapy programme delivered in secondary schools across Tyne and Wear and Northumberland are continuing to help support vulnerable young people understand their wellbeing and emotions through digital creative projects. Head of pastoral support at Collingwood Arts and Media College said; "The impact that the sessions have had on our girls has been amazing . They are usually a little quiet and subdued at first but once they feel comfortable with the Little Big Butterfly team, the girls have a fab time . There are certain students who gain more from the experience than others . One young woman has benefitted massively from it, she is able to vent her frustrations in a way that I have never seen her do before . Also a looked after young person with a very difficult home life opened up a lot in her sessions. Such a positive experience".
