Huge congratulations to Clara Shield our Lead Trainer here at Little Big Butterfly who has recently been awarded a Practitioner Certificate in Mindfulness Practice. Clara will be delivering more of our Mindful Assertiveness Training for Women in addition to using Mindfulness technique in our work with vulnerable groups and children.
