Mindful Assertiveness Training

Little Big Butterfly’s Assertiveness training course for
women workers, examines and enables reflection of
difficult situations, behaviours and our rights. It then
provides the guidance for participants to write their
own introduction workshop on Assertiveness for
use within their own practice and organisation.
Over 4 days of training, participants will gain
knowledge in recognising typical behaviour
patterns, what makes us angry, dealing with difficult
situations and learning a new skill-set and sense of
well-being.
Combining this training within mindfulness provides
a holistic, compassionate and supportive
environment touching on new and emerging
therapeutic benefits that mindfulness practice can
bring.

Course dates:
23rd and 24th February 2015 and 5th and 6th March 2015
9.30 - 4.30pm each day
*participants must complete all 4 days.
